Both shipping of "Delivery by courier" tickets and mailing of eTickets will begin on Monday 2 October, 2023.

If you buy an eTicket, you will receive an order confirmation immediately after your purchase, but you will not find your eTicket in attachment.

 

 

If I have purchased a Collector Ticket, will I also receive a physical ticket or a ticket by email?

No, those who have purchased a Collector Ticket will only receive this ticket type. Neither eTickets nor other physical tickets will be sent.

A Collector Ticket represents the actual ticket to be used to access the event.
