The Ticket Protection Policy does not provide for the ticket reimbursement in case the event gets cancelled by the event organizer; in this case, the guidelines established by the event organizer will be valid. We remind you that if an event gets cancelled, the refund will be equal to the face price plus presale fee of the tickets purchased, while the commission fee, the Ticket Protection Policy cost and shipping cost (only if you chose this method of delivery) are not refundable.

N.B. if a claim is reported to obtain a refund for a cancelled event, you would be committing the crime of illicit enrichment and you would be therefore subject to criminal prosecution.
