I can’t go any more and need to sell on my ticket. What do I do?
The refund is not allowed.
It is possible to change the name, if the original purchaser, the person whose name appears on them, cannot be present personally to the show.
The change name request will be possible until the day before the event.
To change the name of all ticket types (paper, eTicket and with collection on event) you must:
- ask the person who will access to create a profile on the Italian Ticketmaster site
- download the attached document and fill it in all parts
- send the request through the following form (select "Refund / change request" from the drop-down menu)
The person to whom you sell the ticket must then present you at the entrance, on the evening of the concert, with the completed user change receipt, paper tickets and your own ID. We remind you that only one name change can be made for each buyer.
