When required under the Battelli law, the entry ticket must state the name and surname of the participant at the event.
At the venue entrance, the names on the tickets are being checked. If the names on the tickets are not correct and do not match with those on the identity cards, the tickets won’t be valid and you won’t be able to enter the venue.
It is a customer's responsibility to correctly enter the names of the ticket holders during the purchase. Special characters are not allowed: these will invalidate the admission tickets.
In case of errors, you may write us by filling in this FORM, found in the menu item “Nominative tickets.”
We also remind you that the name service is at the customer’s expense.
