For the System Of A Down concert scheduled on June 12, 2020 at the MIND - Milano Innovation District – Area Expo in Milan, you may change the name found on the ticket. Each entry must state by law the name of the participant at the event. If the names entered are incorrect, the ticket will not be considered valid and the title will have to be reissued (service costs borne by the user).

In order change the name, you must follow these steps:

• The person attending the concert must create an account on the ticketmaster.it
• Download the “User change authorization form” document found here below and fill in all its parts
• Send the request through the following form (select "Change request" from the drop-down menu) and attach the document

The name change service will be available up to 15 working days before the day of the show.

We also inform you that you cannot change the delivery method chosen during the purchasing process and all service costs will be at your expense.
