This delivery method takes longer. The name change service for tickets purchased with “Courier Delivery” is generally no longer available 10 days before the event to allow for the required reissuing, printing and shipping times.
If you purchased a traditional paper ticket, you must send us back the ticket within 3 days from your online name change request to the address indicated in the email confirming the request reception.
"Pick up at the venue":
The name change service for tickets purchased with “Pick up at the venue” is generally no longer available several days before the event to allow for the required reissuing, printing and shipping times at the venue.
