First, please check that you are entering the correct name, surname and email associated with the ticket holder's personal account on Ticketmaster.it.
Once the ticket transfer process has been completed, you and the ticket recipient will receive the ticket transfer order confirmation email.
The order’s holder will find a green “T” icon next to the order status, meaning the ticket has been transferred. If the “T” icon is orange, you will have to wait for the request to be completed.
