We kindly ask you to be very careful because the name and surname on the ticket must exactly match those on the ID card you will have to show at the venue entrance.
It is necessary to make a name change request,
1. if the ticket holder can no longer attend the event.
2. If the name and surname entered are different from those written on the identity card of the ticket holder.
3. If you have entered the name and surname of the same person on several tickets
4. If you have used a different alphabet from the Western one e.g. Cyrillic and Greek characters cannot be checked by the security personnel at the venue entrance.
The lack of the second name or surname and all kinds of typing errors can be considered differences between the nominative ticket and the ID card.
The event organizers and the authorities are taking care of checking the nominative tickets and the ID cards. Please note that Ticketmaster cannot ensure in any way that you will be allowed to access the event in case of the above differences.
