It' s easy to request the voucher for cancelled o rescheduled events. You can do it self-service by filling out the following FORM in the Customer Service section on Ticketmaster.it. The request must be made within the deadline indicated by the organizer of the event for which you request a refund with Voucher.
We specify that it is necessary that you submit a request for each ORDER made on Ticketmaster.it and that the Voucher is applicable to the entire order and cannot be requested only for some tickets: for example, if you purchased two orders for an event subject to cancellation or rescheduling and refundable via ‘voucher’, you will have to fill in the form twice. Furthermore, once the Voucher has been requested it cannot be cancelled.
Please note that if you have placed your order with "Courier delivery", as agreed exceptionally on March 13, 2020 by the Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori SIAE (for further information please refer to the FAQ), you need to attach a scan or a photo of the front and back of each ticket to be cancelled no later than the deadline indicated to request a refund by Voucher.
Once you have sent the photo or scan of the ticket for which you are requesting a refund by Voucher, IN ANY CASE you also need to keep the ticket in your possession intact, even if cancelled, as it will then be necessary to send it to Ticketmaster in the times and ways we will indicate.
