What happens after I have sent my request to spend my Voucher credit?
- Ticketmaster Customer Service will reply to you as soon as possible confirming whether the tickets requested are available or not. They will also list all the prices (e.g. the cost of the purchase requested, the redeemable Voucher credit, the eventual amount exceeding your Voucher credit, the eventual voucher balance) and will send you the instructions in order for you to pay any eventual additional amount. Please note that once the Voucher has been requested it cannot be cancelled.
- The payment must be completed within the deadline indicated (3 working days from our payment request email); if the payment deadline is not met, your reservation will be cancelled and the amount of the unused voucher will become available to you again. If you have completed the payment within the deadline indicated, you must reply to our request by sending us a copy of the bank transfer.
- After receiving the payment (this may take a few working days), we will send you the order confirmation email with the order summary. When possible, the new ticket will be available to you via eTicket and will be sent via email. Alternatively, you will pick up the standard paper ticket at the venue on the event date.
