How can I buy The Cure tickets before the general on sale?

Presale for voucher on Thursday December 9 2021 from 9 a.m. to 23.59 p.m.

If you have a voucher whose credit is still usable issued by Ticketmaster as a refund for a Barley Arts srl event, you are entitled to access a presale exclusively reserved for you starting from 9 a.m. on Thursday December 9 2021 and active until 23.59 p.m. 

Please check that the Ticketmaster logo is displayed on the voucher. Also check the event Organizer and the voucher number, whose three initial letters must be BAR-, as in the red squares shown in the image below:

How can I access the Presale for The Cure on Thursday December 9 2021?

To access the Presale for vouchers please follow these steps:

1. We remind you that, in order to make any purchase, it is necessary to have a valid Ticketmaster account.
2. Click on the reserved link
3. Enter the voucher code with the suffix -1, -2, -3 or -4 in the presale box (for example: BAR-F753E1SDB27-1) according to the quantity of tickets included in the order refunded through voucher. For example: if you received a voucher for an order of 4 tickets, you are entitled to use 4 presale codes, that need to be entered in the presale box like this:

4. Select the date of the event you want to purchase: we remind you that during the Presale you are entitled to purchase maximum 1 Parterre general admission ticket to be chosen among the 4 dates, or maximum 2 tickets for the numbered sectors to be chosen among the 4 dates.
5. At this point, you may go on with your purchase by selecting the sector and the method of delivery.
6. Click on “Price details” to check the ticket face value and presale fee. We remind you that the voucher can only be used to cover these costs.
7. In the following step, please enter and confirm the participant’s name which will be displayed on each ticket:

8. During the payment, please remember to enter the voucher code with NO suffix. For example, if your code is BAR-F753E1SDB27, you will have to enter just F753E1SDB27, as shown in the image below:

9. Click on the button “Use” in order to use the credit of the voucher and finalize the payment of the fee and possible exceeding amount by using one of the methods of payment at disposal.

10. Once your order has been finalized, you will receive an order confirmation via email at the email address of your account and you may see your order directly from “MyAccount” section.

Are The Cure tickets nominative?

Yes, tickets are nominative which means that you will need to provide the full name and last name of each participant to the event. It's important that the name on the ticket is the same name of the ID.

I would like to change the name of the ticket purchased. How can I do that?

Further information on the activation of the name change service for this event will soon be available.

When will the tickets for The Cure go on sale?

General onsale December 10 2021 at 9 a.m.

Official tickets for the event will go on sale regularly on December 10 at 9 a.m on Ticketmaster.it. You can already register on the site to facilitate the purchase on the day.
