If all the tickets in an order are already the subject of a request, if the change name service is not active, or if you have reached the change name limit number set for the event, you will not be able to change name on the ticket. If your ticket has been put up for resale, it cannot be renamed. Please revoke your resale request and proceed then with a change name request.
