In case of unforeseen circumstances making it impossible to take part in the event, the insured ticket user being resident and domicilied in Italy or resident abroad temporarily domiciled in Italy (for further info, click here) will be able to report a claim by taking charge of sending the required documents regarding themselves or a person that should have attended the event together with the policyholder, since they are insured as well.
