It is possible to report a claim within 48 hours of the unexpected event that made it impossible to take part in the event for which you purchased a ticket. The policyholder will have to report the claim directly to the Company.
In case you purchased a season ticket, it won’t be possible to report a claim to ask the refund for the part of the season ticket which may have not been used. It will be possible to report a claim just in case the whole season ticket is not used.
