What is the timing for a change name request?
Different timings are foreseen according to the delivery method selected during the purchase phase, the ticket type or the provisions for each individual event.
In general, please consider that:
"Courier delivery"
This delivery method always requires a longer time; the change name sevice for tickets purchased with the courier delivery method is generally deactivated ten days before the event, so as to allow the required technical time to issue, print and ship the new ticket.
We would like to remind you that, if your ticket is a traditional one, the change name request will not be successful until we receive the ticket in your possession back within the time limit specified by email.
Failure to receive a ticket will not imply any right to a refund regarding the change name service fees.
Only after having received and checked the accuracy of the sent data will we finalise your change name request. N.B. it is not necessary to send back all the printed tickets, but only the traditional tickets. Check here if yours is a traditional ticket. If it isn't, you don't need to send it back.

"Pick up at the event":
The change name service for tickets purchased with the pick up at the event method is generally shut down several days before the event, so as to allow enough technical time to re-issue, print and deliver tickets at the the event venue.
"Print-at-home":
You will be able to change the name on your ticket until the day specified for your event, generally closer to the day of the event itself compared to other delivery methods, as the process is completely automatic.
"Mobile ticket":
You can change the name until the day indicated for your event, usually closer to the date of the event compared to other delivery methods, as the process is completely automatic.
