Here are the steps to make a name change request online:
1. First login to your account on Ticketmaster.it and access to “My Account”.
2. Select the order containing the ticket whose name and surname you would like to change and click on the service “Request Name Change.”
3. Tick the box next to the name and surname you would like to change (if it says "Ticket no longer available" please read here), enter the name and surname found on the identity card of the new ticket holder and confirm each name and surname entered. Once you have confirmed the new name and surname, click again on “Confirm” and click on “Proceed with order” on the next page.
If you chose “Courier Delivery” as delivery method, you may choose to what address the ticket will be sent. You may also change the billing address, change the shipping address or add another one. Please note that all tickets issued in the same request will be sent to one address only. Once you have selected the shipping address, you may proceed with paying and sending your request.
N.B. The name change service entails that the original ticket will be cancelled and the new ticket with the updated name and surname will be issued. If you bought a traditional paper ticket, this needs to be returned intact to Ticketmaster Italia in order to proceed with your name change request. It will be your responsibility to send us back the ticket at your expense within 3 days from your name change request (the postmark will attest it). If we don’t receive the ticket within this time frame, it will not be possible to proceed with the completion of the service. Service fees and additional costs will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
If you bought a digital ticket, we remind you that, if the name change service has been successful, you will not be permitted to enter the venue with the original ticket. Your seat will be kept only if provided by the type of event.
