To submit an online request for a change name on a ticket, as the order holder, you will have to:
1. First of all log in to your Ticketmaster.it account and access "My account".
2. Enter the order containing the ticket on which you wish to change the name and click on "Change Name" on the box above the order.
3. Tick the box to the left of the ticket or tickets with the name you would like to change. Below the wording "Name of the new holder" you will find two boxes where you need to enter the name and surname displayed on the ID of the new ticket holder.
4. Select a delivery method and confirm. You can then proceed with the payment and send your request.
If you have chosen the "Home delivery by courier" method, you will be able to choose the address where your tickets need to be delivered.
Please note that all tickets processed in the same request will be shipped to a single address.
If you wish to change the name on more tickets of the same order and ship them to different addresses, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each ticket you would like to rename and ship to a different address. You can consult our general Terms & Conditions here.
N.B. Since the change name involves the cancellation of the old ticket and the new issue of a ticket with the updated name, if you have purchased a traditional ticket (check this FAQ) , you will need to follow the procedure indicated by e-mail to send us back your ticket within the expiration date of the service and at your own expense, if provided. If we do not receive the ticket with the required procedure, we will not be able to finalize the service, and service fees and possible additional costs will in no case be refunded.
If you have purchased a digital ticket, remember that, following a change name, access to the event with the original ticket will be prohibited. The conservation of the place will be guaranteed, if foreseen by the type of event.
