It is an amendment of the Budget Law No. 145 dated December 30, 2018, aimed at fighting secondary ticketing, that is the resale of tickets through unofficial channels at increased price.
For the law implementation, l’Agenzia delle Entrate (The Italian IRS) issued on June 27, 2019 an order containing the enforcement measures regarding the sale or any form of placement of the admission tickets, pursuant Article 1, paragraphs 545-bis et seq., of Law No. 232 dated December 11, 2016, introduced by Article 1, paragraph 1100, of the Law No.145 dated December 30, 2018, n. 145, and the Decree of the Minister of Economy dated March 12, 2018, and changes to the discipline of the ticketing systems.
