In general, please consider the following indicative information:
“Courier Delivery”:
This delivery method takes longer. The resale service for the tickets purchased with “Courier Delivery” is generally no longer available 10 days before the event to allow for the required reissuing, printing and shipping times.
If you purchased a traditional paper ticket, you must send us back the ticket within 3 days from your online resale request to the address indicated in the email confirming the request reception.
"Pick up at the venue":
The resale service for tickets purchased with “Pick up at the venue” is generally no longer available several days before the event to allow for the required reissuing, printing and shipping times at the venue.
"via email":
You may make a resale request within the time frame indicated for the event, generally closer to the event date than the other delivery methods as the process is completely automatic.
