It is necessary to make a name change request:
1. if the ticket holder can no longer attend the event. The order’s holder or the single ticket holder, after being transferred the ticket, can make a name change request on behalf of a new attendee.
2. If the name and surname entered are different from those written on the identity card of the ticket holder.
For example: the lack of second name or surname, all kinds of typing errors, several tickets with the name and surname of the same person.
N.B. When accessing the event, it will be checked that the ID card – original document, no copy – and the name and surname on the ticket match.
