If you have not received any email yet, please first of all check that you have correctly carried out the refund request process, by filling out the appropriate FORM in the Customer Care area on Ticketmaster.it and check that the email address you entered during the purchase and/or during the refund request is valid and still active. We recommend that you periodically check your inbox, even in your spam folder.
If you have already made your request, please be patient. Considering the difficult situation, we are all currently facing and the number of events that have been cancelled or rescheduled, the time required for handling requests and refunds will last for a few months.
