After clicking on the “Pay” button, you have 20 minutes to pay the items in your cart.
If the payment is completed within this time limit, the purchase will be successful and you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address of your Ticketmaster account. We always suggest to check the spam folder. You will also be able to verify your purchase in the “My orders” section of MyAccount.
If the payment is not completed within this time limit, the selected seats will be set free automatically and you will have to attempt another purchase.
If you find your order cancelled and receive a refund notification about the amount paid after your payment, it means that the purchase was not successful and that you will have to repeat the process from the beginning.
In any case, no claims can be made about the seats selected during a shopping session and possibly freed following an unsuccessful payment.
