In order to pay for the items in your cart, you will have a limited amount of time, which varies depending on the event and is indicated at the top right of your cart window.
If the payment is completed within the indicated time limit, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address of your Ticketmaster account. We always suggest to also check the spam folder to verify if such email was delivered. You will also be able to verify your purchase in the “My orders” section of MyAccount, where you will find your order as confirmed.
If the purchase process is not completed or does not succeed within the indicated time limit, the selected seats will be set free automatically and you will have to attempt another purchase.
If you find your order cancelled and receive a refund notification about the amount paid after your payment, it means that the purchase was not successful and that you will have to repeat the process from the beginning.
In any case, no claims can be made about the seats selected during a shopping session and possibly freed following an unsuccessful payment.
