What are RCF Arena Summer Shows Credits and what can I use them for?
RCF Arena Summer Shows Credits are the cashless solution to be used for the purchase of food & beverage during RCF Arena Summer Shows by skipping the lines.
Where can I purchase Credits to use during RCF Arena Summer Shows?
Credits can be purchased on Ticketmaster.it with the following amounts:
- 10,00 €
- 25,00 €
- 50,00 €
- 100,00 €
- 200,00 €
How do I know that my Credit purchase on Ticketmaster.it was successful and what do I receive after the purchase?
If your purchase was successful, after finalizing your order on Ticketmaster.it you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address used for the purchase containing a code to use to redeem your credit.
How should I activate and use my Credit?
To use your credit, you will first need to download the Slesh app on your smartphone before the event.
To add them in the app, you’ll need to select the “RCF Arena Summer Shows” event and, on the “Recharge wallet” screen, enter the unique code you received by email from Ticketmaster.it to add your credits.
Once you arrive at the event, you’ll need to collect your wristband at the entrance and link it to the Slesh app. At that point, you’ll be able to transfer the credits already loaded in your wallet to your wristband, allowing you to pay at all food & beverage points using the wristband.
Once your credits are used up, you can top up the wallet directly in the app or at the on-site cash desks.

Until when can I use the Credit I purchased?
The credits are valid for the entire duration of the festival.
With the same wristband, you’ll be able to use your credits to make payments on every date of the RCF Arena Summer Shows, skipping the lines thanks to the cashless system.
If I don't use the entire Credit I purchased, can I get a refund?
Yes, you will be able to request a refund of any unused Credit exclusively between July 20 and August 2, 2026 via the Slesh app. The refund will be issued within 21 business days from the closing date of the refund window and the refunded amount will be equal to the value of the remaining credit. A handling fee of 1,00€ will apply.
