Due to logistic issues, the Rina Sawayama’s concert scheduled for February 18 2023 at Fabrique in Milan will no longer include some of the elements of the Ultimate Vip Package.
What does this mean?
This means that those who have purchased this package can keep their ticket, as this will remain valid to attend the show and will receive all the items included in the Early Entry Package, in particular:
- One GA ticket
- Early entry before standard ticket holders
- Exclusive Rina Sawayama VIP merchandise item
- Souvenir Rina Sawayama wristband
- Priority check-in and entrance
- On site event staff & merchandise collection point
Furthermore, those who have purchased the Ultimate Vip Package will be automatically reimbursed the difference between the price of the Ultimate Vip Package and the Early Entry Package.
Can I get a refund of my whole order (including the ticket)?
Those who wish not to attend the concert will receive an email with all the info about the refund.
In this case, the refund will be equal to the face price plus presale fee of the tickets included in the order plus the Vip pack amount, commission fee and shipping costs excluded.
N.B. following the refund request, tickets will no longer be valid to access the event and no gadget will be handed.
