Print-at-home (digital ticket via email) (free)
By choosing Print-at-home mode you can print the pdf of your ticket purchased online directly at home (if this option is available) or show the ticket directly from your smartphone at the entrance.You can download and print your Print-at-home whenever you want by logging into your account in the "My Orders" section.
Mobile Ticket (Passbook, save to your smartphone wallet) (2,00 € per order and per ticket type)
By choosing Mobile Ticket mode you will receive your QR code to be saved directly on your smartphone via Apple wallet or Google wallet, and you will be able to show your tickets directly from your smartphone at the entrance to the venue on the event day.
Pick-up at the venue (free)
You can pick up your tickets purchased online at the box office where the event takes place on the same day of the show (unless otherwise communicated by the organizer), generally from one hour before the opening hours of the gates.
