The order number associated to your purchase is a numerical code made of 6 or 7 digits, that you may find:
- on your ticket, as shown in the below examples (in the red rectangle after “O:”)
ticket received by courier
Print-at-home
- displayed in the order confirmation you have received via email to the email address used for the purchase
- in the section “My orders” of your Ticketmaster account
