Who is the policyholder?

The policyholder is one who has purchased a ticket for an event and any potential additional services on Ticketmaster.it and benefits from the Ticket Protection Policy service and that, in case of inability to take part in the event due to unexpected circumstances that can be documented, asks for the refund of the ticket to the Insurance provider. The policyholder is a person domiciled and resident in Italy or a person resident abroad temporarily domiciled in Italy (for further info click here).
