The Ticket Protection Policy does not cover:
- in case of requiring a variation of the “event date” purchased;
- in case of cancellation of the event previously purchased;
- in case of any potential loss of the ticket/tax title to access the event;
- in case the insured ticket user is not resident and domiciled in Italy or not resident abroad temporarily domiciled in Italy (for futher info click here).
