The Ticket Protection Policy does not provide for the ticket reimbursement in case the event gets rescheduled by the event organizer. In these cases, the ticket purchased for the event remains valid to participate in the new date and, in some cases, a refund is offered upon request to the ticketing company where the purchase was made. This is the only official way to get a refund if an event gets rescheduled.
If a claim is reported to obtain a refund for a rescheduled event, you would be committing the crime of illicit enrichment and you would be therefore subject to criminal prosecution.
