If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to recover it and sign in again to your account by following these steps:
- Enter your email address here and click the button “Recover your password”
- You will receive an email at the address used for your account, containing a temporary password that you will need to log in.
- Once logged in, we recommend you to modify the temporary password with a new password which has never been used before. To do so, you will have to click on “Change Password” from the menu on the left within your MyAccount:
In the “Old Password” field you will have to enter the temporary password received by email and update it with a new password.
As for the new password, we suggest to set a completely new one, never used before.
