How do presales work?
- Presales give fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, presales don’t guarantee tickets.
- Presales are most often communicated by the artist, or the platform or partner hosting the presale. Quite often you need to be a member of an artist Fanclub, or subscribe to the platform hosting the presale. They will guide you to the right link and will provide passwords if required.
- For some presales you will require a password to unlock tickets in the presale. Passwords are most often communicated by the platform or partner hosting the presale.
Availability of tickets
We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available for this tour. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts. If the event page on the Ticketmaster website states ‘limited availability’, this means most of the current available inventory has been sold. However, more tickets may become available at a later stage.
What methods of payment can I use?
For this event you can use the following methods of payment:
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express)
- Carte della Cultura Giovani e del Merito
- Bonus Docente
Attention! We remind you that if you use culture voucher, you can buy just one ticket and you can’t use it to buy VIP Pack.
I have a voucher issued as a refund, can I use it to purchase tickets?
The voucher issued can only be used for tickets not belonging to packages. We also remind you that the voucher, according to regulations, can only be used for purchasing events organized by the same Organizer. For more information on how to use the voucher, you can consult our guide here.
How would you advise to purchase tickets?
We expect high demand for the high demand on sales, meaning it will be good to be prepared when buying tickets. For a smooth purchase process and to avoid errors we advise you to ensure that you are:
- on time, approximately 30 minutes time before the on sale starts
- logged on to your TM account (if you do not have an account, make sure you create one here)
- check if you enter correctly in your account some days before the on sale
- check that the data of your account are actually referred to you and they are correct
- not using any VPN connection
- not using multiple browsers or tabs
- Take a moment to consider the ticket types and quantity that are right for you before you start a search. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts.
- following instructions on your screen
- not refreshing the waiting queue once you’re in (after the on sale has started)
- Read carefully our Terms and Conditions of sale some days before
- Check if you received the order confirmation email. Please consider that during on sales with high demand the emails can be delivered later. If you don’t receive the email within two hours from your purchase and you can’t see the order in your account please contact us.
What can I do if there is the indication “currently not available” on the event page?
If you see this indication a few minutes after the general on sale has started, it indicates that purchases are ongoing and tickets might become available in case a purchase process fails or has not been completed. We thus suggest you wait and stay in our website to find new availability.
If you see this indication after the general on sale, it means that the tickets availability is over. However, we remind you that there might be some new availability on the official channels or be put back on sale at a later time. To stay updated in case tickets become available again, you can follow the social media of the event, the organizer, the artist or the location and subscribe to the newsletter of the official channels.
We suggest you monitor our site to avoid the risk of buying invalid tickets for these events on unofficial channels and read this article for more information.
What does it means the message “There are no consecutive seats available in the selected sector”?
During the onsales with high demand it can happen that the seats you can see as available from the drop-down menu are already in someone else's basket.
For this reason, this error message appears as an automatic notification from the system to alert the customers that seats not available have been chosen and then it is not possible to proceed with a purchase in that moment.
If a customer who selects those seats won’t be able to finalize the order, those seats would be put onsale again, thus updating the whole availability.
