If you have not received your Mobile ticket, you can sign into your Ticketmaster.it account and, in the “My orders” section, you can download your ticket in Passbook format and save it on the wallet of your smartphone.
Attention: if there is a postponed delivery for the event you have purchased, the Mobile ticket won’t be available in your account immediately after the purchase, but only starting from the date indicated in the order confirmation email received after the purchase.
