How do presales work?

How many tickets can I purchase during the presale and general onsale for in Milan?

Are GHOST tickets nominative?
Yes, tickets are nominative which means that you will need to provide the full name and last name of each participant to the event. It's important that the name on the ticket is the same name of the ID.

I have a voucher issued as a refund, can I use it to purchase tickets for GHOST?
The voucher, according to regulations, can only be used for purchasing events organized by the same Organizer. For more information on how to use the voucher, you can consult our guide here.
How would you advise to purchase tickets?
For a smooth purchase process and to avoid errors we advise you to ensure that you are:
- on time, approximately 30 minutes time before the on sale starts
- logged on to your TM account (if you do not have an account, make sure you create one here)
- not using any VPN connection
- not using multiple browsers or tabs
- following instructions on your screen
- not refreshing the waiting queue once you’re in (after the on sale has started)
What method of delivery can I choose?
For this event you can select between Print-at-home (PDF) or Courier delivery tickets. The tickets will have a delayed delivery in both cases before the event takes place. This means you will receive an order confirmation right after purchase, but the tickets won’t be attached if you have chosen Print-at-home, nor will they be shipped immediately if you have chosen the Courier delivery. Tickets will be only be sent starting from the date that will be soon disclosed by the event organizer. We will notify you about this.

What does Phone-Free Event mean?
This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of phones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Area in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space.Anyone seen using a phone during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a bank or credit card for purchases inside the venue.
