What are Rugby Sound 2025 Credits and what can I use them for?
Rugby Sound 2025 Credits are the cashless solution to be used for the purchase of food & beverage during Rugby Sound.
Where can I purchase Credits to use during Rugby Sound?
Credits can be purchased on Ticketmaster.it with the following amounts:
- 15,00 €
- 30,00 €
- 50,00 €
- 100,00 €
How do I know that my Credit purchase on Ticketmaster.it was successful and what do I receive after the purchase?
If your purchase was successful, after finalizing your order on Ticketmaster.it you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address used for the purchase containing a code to use to redeem your credit.
How should I activate and use my Credit?
To use your credit, you will first need to download the Slesh app on your smartphone before the event.
Credits will be activated from 6pm of the day of the event you have purchased.
From that moment, you can add them in the Slesh app.
To add them to the app you will have to select the “Rugby Sound” event and, in the "recharge wallet" screen, enter the code received via email from Ticketmaster.it to add your credits to the bracelet, which will be distributed at the entrance to the venue.

Until when can I use the Credit I purchased?
The credits are valid for the entire duration of the festival.
With the same bracelet, you can use your Credits to make payments at all Rugby Sound events, skipping the queues thanks to the cashless system.
If I don't use the entire Credit I purchased, can I receive a refund?
Yes, you will be able to request a refund of any unused Credit exclusively within 25 July 2025 via the Slesh app. To ask for the refund it will be necessary to have a minimum credit of € 2,00.
The refund will be credited within 5 working days and the refunded amount will be equal to the value of the remaining credit, net of a management cost of €1,50.
