During the purchase process, you can choose how to get your tickets:
- Pick up at the event (free of charge)
Tickets purchased online can be picked up at the ticket office of the venue on the day of the show (unless otherwise specified by the organizer), usually starting one hour before the opening of the gates. Please always consider the instructions received by email before the event, as the pick up modalities and timings may change.

Print-at-home (free)
The Print-at-home is the fastest and most eco-friendly delivery option to get your tickets. You can download and show your Print-at-home tickets directly from your smartphone at the entrance on the day of the event, without having to print them.
- Mobile ticket (generally 2.00 €)
The Mobile ticket is one of the fastest and greenest delivery methods to receive your tickets. Delivered in Passbook format, the Mobile ticket can be saved in the wallet of your smartphone. It does not need to be printed, because to access the event it will be sufficient to show the QR Code on your ticket at the access control.
- Italy Express Courier (10.90 € per order and ticket type)
You will receive your tickets via courier at the shipment address you specified during your purchase. Tickets will be handed directly to you or to an authorized person.
- World Express Courier (from 14.99 to 29.99 € per order and ticket type)
You will receive your tickets via courier at the shipment address you specified during your purchase. Tickets will be handed directly to you or to an authorized person.
