The Jade Bird’s concerts, originally scheduled on March14, 2020, at LOCOMOTIV CLUB in Bologna and March 15, 2020, at MAGNOLIA in Novegro (MI) are been cancelled.
Any requests for reimbursement for customers who will not be able to participate in the new date must be sent fill in the FORM.
The reimbursement deadline set by the event organizer is March 30, 2020, but if you have chosen the delivery method "Courier delivery", we inform that you must send us back the tickets no later than March 25, 2020 (date of postmark serves as proof), in order to proceed with cancelling them.
