The Print-at-home ticket is the digital ticket by email, to be saved on your own smartphone or to be printed autonomously in black and white or in colour with a printer.
The Print-at-home represents a free delivery option that can be chosen during the purchase before proceeding with the payment.
If you choose the Print-at-home delivery option, you will receive it attached to the order confirmation email immediately after your payment and will also be available for download in the "My orders" section of your account. You can show your eTicket directly from your smartphone to the entrance control staff.
Attention: if there is a postponed delivery for the event you have purchased, the Print-at-home ticket won’t be attached to the order confirmation email immediately after the purchase, nor will it be available for download from your account. In this case, the Print-at-home ticket will be sent and will be available in your account starting from the date indicated in the order confirmation email itself.
