The event has been cancelled, how do I get refunded?

If the refund is granted by the event organizer, you will be refunded on the payment method you used on Ticketmaster.it for the original purchase. To check if your event has been cancelled or has undergone a change, type the name of your event in the search bar of the FAQ section and consult the dedicated article.

Any costs related to the requested services, such as the Ticket Protection Policy or the change name service, will not be refunded.
