Generally, within 60 minutes upon receipt of payment, the Print-at-home ticket is sent in attachment to the order confirmation email at the email address specified at the time of your registration. However, we suggest that you also check your spam folder.
If you have not received the Print-at-home ticket, you can sign into your Ticketmaster.it account and print or download your ticket directly in the “My orders” section.
Attention: if there is a postponed delivery for the event you have purchased, the Print-at-home ticket won’t be attached to the order confirmation email immediately after the purchase, nor will it be available for download from your account. In this case, the Print-at-home ticket will be sent and will be available in your account starting from the date indicated in the order confirmation email itself.
