Generally, we ship the tickets a few weeks after the order is placed, except for those events for which the event organizer has set a specific date for shipment.
Please check if your event has a postponed delivery here.
Anyway, once your tickets have been shipped, you will receive an email at the address indicated during the purchase phase containing all the details relating to the shipment. Please make sure you enter your data correctly in the event you need to be contacted by the courier or by us via email or phone for your shipping.
In case of specific situations, home delivery by courier is in any case guaranteed at the latest within 5 working days before the event. If your event is in 5 days and you haven’t received your tickets yet, please contact us here.
