After purchasing on Ticketmaster, you can check if the order was successful directly in your account: in the "My orders" or "Future events" sections you will find an overview of your orders, updated after a maximum of 60 minutes from the purchase.
If your order is successful, you will also receive an order confirmation at the email address of you TM account. In case the order confirmation were not delivered within 60 minutes, please remember to also check your spam folder.
