You won't see the resale box in your order in case:
- all the tickets in an order are already the subject of a request.
- the event purchased isn't subject to Battelli law.
- the event purchased has a specific date in which the resale service will be available (read the dedicated article in our FAQ).
- generally the service for the event purchased is available seven days after the general onsale.
- few days before the event day the service can be closed for organizational reasons.
- you have purchased that ticket using ministerial bonus (Carta della Cultura Giovani, Carta del Merito, Carta del Docente)
