- Refunds haven’t been authorised yet
- Refunds of any nature are not available for your event

Please Note: Refunds whether in cash or via voucher are authorised by the Event Organizer.
We’d like to remind that generally cash refunds are authorised only if the event is cancelled entirely. If the event has been rescheduled, you will receive a refund via voucher and if the event is temporarily suspended waiting to be rescheduled, you will need to wait for the event organizer official communication before making any request.
