I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE OTP CODE
The OTP code will be sent to the mobile registered in your account.
Make sure that the mobile number is correct and that the correct country code is selected from the drop-down menu.
e.g. if your mobile is a UK number, the country code is +44

If you are unable to access your account and you used our services in the last three years, these are the steps to follow to reactivate your account:
- Access the login page here, or from the homepage of our website. Enter your email address and password as below
- Once you clicked on login, you will see the following message
- Click on the link in the email "Confirm User" (please also check your spam folder), you will access the below page were you need to re-confirm your details and your phone number with your country code. - You will need to enter the OTP code received via SMS in the following page
- This will be the last step to follow, and you will now have access to your account.
