Tickets issued with a tax seal, as required by the Italian legislation that regulates the work of SIAE automated ticketing companies, constitute themselves a tax title for the amount of the price and any presale: based on this, Ticketmaster Italia srl cannot in any way issue an invoice for these amounts.
An invoice is issued for the amount corrisponding to service fees and any potential shipment fees, plus any potential additional products (such as Vip Packs).
The invoice will be available in your tax folder on the Revenue Agency website from the day following the purchase on Ticketmaster.it. If you do not have an Italian tax code or VAT number, you can request a copy of the invoice using the assistance form here selecting the option "I'd like help with my order>Resend invoice".
