I have purchased tickets, when will I receive them?
The only delivery method for Vasco tickets is ‘Home delivery by courier’.
Shipments will begin on 2 March 2026: they will therefore be arranged in the months beforehand to guarantee departure on the date indicated and, for this reason, the tickets will be shipped in any case, even if resale services or name changes are used.
Since tickets on which a name change has been made will also be shipped by courier, when using the service, payment of the shipping costs referring to the ticket with the new name will also be required, even if the name change service is used before receiving the ticket with the original name.
