The new edition for summer 2025 of the Festival della Bellezza returns, here are some answers to frequently asked questions:
For reasons of public safety, in accordance with the provisions of the Safety nd Security Annex of the Gabrielli Circular 2017 and also in view of the Castle Regulations, it was agreed that
IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER DURING SHOWS WITH THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS:
-flammable liquids (e.g. flammable sprays and horticants including mosquito
repellents and deodorants) (carry wipes and sticks);
- umbrellas with metal tips (Yes to folding umbrellas);
- helmets
- metal cans and water bottles, please note that free water is available in the bar and
two drinking fountains;
- suitcases, trolleys and large backpacks
- weapons of any kind and pointed or sharp objects
- selfie sticks and tripods
- stadium bugles, explosive materials, fireworks, smoke bombs and flares
- narcotics and poisons
-bicycles, scooters and the like
- animals regardless of breed or size with the exception of assistance dogs
- glass containers of any kind
- alcoholic beverages
How can I purchase tickets for people with disabilities?
Spectators with certified disabilities who require continuous assistance are entitled to purchase a regular ticket, while their companion is granted free admission. To request the complimentary ticket for the companion, an email must be sent to Info@boxofficelive.it, specifying the full name of the person with a disability, the event they wish to attend, a phone number or email contact, and a disability certificate or equivalent document (with sensitive information obscured, but the percentage clearly visible).
Priority will be given to disability certifications showing 100% disability.
How can I purchase tickets for minors?
Children aged 10 and under can attend the event free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a valid admission ticket. It is required to send an email to Info@boxofficelive.it including the child’s full name and age, and wait for a confirmation email, which must be presented on the day of the show. Without this confirmation, free access to the concert will not be guaranteed. Admission for minors will then be handled directly at the ticket office on the day of the event. All minors up to and including 14 years of age must attend the event accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

not be held responsible for any issues that may arise due to this violation
