You won't see the rename box in your order in case:
- the maximum number of change name requests available for the event has been reached
- there is a pending resale request for the ticket
- the event purchased isn't subject to Battelli law.
- the event purchased has a specific date in which the change name service will be available (read the dedicated article in our FAQs).
- generally this service for the event purchased is available one day after the general onsale.
- few days before the event day the service can be closed for organizational reasons.
