Yes, you can send a policy cancellation request through:
- A registered mail with return receipt to the address: Ticketmaster Italia srl - Via Pietrasanta, 14 – MILAN
- A legal email to the email address: ticketmasteritalia@legalmail.it
A refund will be be issued if the cancellation occurs within the withdraw period indicated in the confirmation email, provided that a claim has not already been opened and the event has not yet begun.
