No, you can tick the box to the left of the ticket with the name you would like to change.
Below the wording "Nominativo nuovo intestatario" you will find two boxes where to insert the name and surname displayed on the ID of the new ticket holder; select then a delivery method for the new ticket and confirm.
Please remember that, once the process has begun, it is not possible to recover the ticket with the original name.
