Will the House Party Vip Pack ticket still be valid to access the show?
Yes, those who have purchased this package can keep their ticket, as this will remain valid to participate in the show.
What will the House Party Vip Pack include?
The House Party Vip Pack will include these items:
- One piece of exclusive signed merchandise
- Goodie bags including branded sweat bands and other exclusive merch items
In addition, it will include the Early Entry Package items listed here below:
- Early entry to the venue floor before standard ticket holders
- Souvenir Dua Lipa tour laminate and lanyard
- On-site event staff & merchandise collection point
Furthermore, a refund will be issued for the House Party Vip Pack items which are no longer available.
Can I get the refund of my whole order including the Vip Pack and the tickets?
Yes, you can. You may submit your refund request no later than April 8 2022 by selecting the Dua Lipa event you purchased from the drop-down menu and filling out the form.
In this case, you will be refunded the face value plus presale fee of the tickets included in your order, commission fee excluded and the package amount.
